HR & INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENT

The HR & Infrastructure Service manages all matters related to the laboratory's human resources. It works closely with the specialist departments of the CNRS and the University of Lille in order to support the career development of both permanent and non-permanent staff: recruitment, promotions, CNRS delegations, emeritus status, and staff training. The service also handles the day-to-day administrative management of personnel (leave monitoring, sick leave, etc.) and plays a central role in the coordination of internships.

Regarding the laboratory's premises, the service is responsible for the allocation of offices and experimental rooms, as well as for processing requests from unit members relating to maintenance, cleaning or repairs. It also maintains a floor plan of space occupancy, incorporating personnel, major scientific equipment and computer workstations.

Finally, in accordance with French regulations on the protection of scientific and technical heritage, the HR & Infrastructure Service notifies the CNRS and University Security and Defence Officers of any researcher joining the laboratory.

The HR & Infrastructure Service has 3 permanent staff members:

Study Engineer – Head of the HR & Infrastructure Service

HR & Infrastructure Service Technician

HR & Infrastructure Service Technical Assistant
