During the 33rd French Congress on Aerosols (January 28-29, 2020, Paris), Dumitru Duca, 3rd year doctoral student at the PhLAM Laboratory under the supervision of Claire Pirim and Cristian Focsa, was awarded the Jean Bricard Prize, awarded by ASFERA (French Association for Studies and Research on Aerosols) for its thesis work "Physico-chemical characterization of aerosols generated by combustion", considered as "an important and original contribution in the field of Aerosol Science ".
