Successful collaborative working between PhLAM and PC2A laboratories through the CERLA made the Rapid Commun. Mass Spectrom. journal cover in July 2018 with the article entitled A comprehensive protocol for chemical analysis of flame combustion emissions by Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry by Cornelia Irimiea et al. (DOI:10.1002/rcm.8133), which describes the implementation of a robust protocol for chemical characterization of compounds adsorbed on soot particles, without pre-treatment or destruction of the sample. This work was supported by the Labex CaPPA, CPER CLIMIBIO and the European project H2020 PEMS4Nano.
